The firm's shared brain

Ask how the firm actually works — get the exact page back.

BugleRock Brain is the firm's internal knowledge service. Ask your assistant how something is done here and it returns the real page — word for word, with its source and division — instead of improvising. It never guesses, and no client data ever enters it.

What it is

Not a chatbot. The firm's shared memory.

It's a service your AI assistant talks to over MCP. It distils the durable knowledge from your work — process, SOPs, org structure, tools, decisions — keeps it partitioned by division, and lets you locate a page and read it verbatim with full provenance. Managed Postgres is the system of record; there is no vector store, and no guessing.

Capabilities

Built to recall, not to improvise.

Partitioned by division

Everyone gets firm-wide common plus their division. The IB ↔ Wealth/AM barrier is an absolute regulatory wall the system never crosses — not even through common — and a denied read returns a referral, never the content.

No client data, by construction

A deterministic gate inspects every write and drops client names + amounts, PAN / NRIC / IBAN, phone runs and to-dos before anything is stored. It's a structural control, not a prompt.

Capture with provenance

At a session's end your assistant distils durable facts into one-topic pages — each tagged with its source tier, a confidence score, the author, and the exact supporting quote.

Locate, then quote

Keyword search plus a link-graph returns pointers; read returns the one page verbatim with a citation and a trust signal — verified vs. unverified. When it doesn't know, it abstains instead of guessing.

Self-maintaining overnight

A nightly pass re-headers pages, consolidates corroborated captures, retires stale notes out of the hot path and flags authoritative ones for re-verification — it never edits the answer, and never silently deletes knowledge.

Access you control

Sign in with your BugleRock email and get common at once. Request a division from an admin; every call re-checks your entitlement live, so grants and revokes take effect immediately.

The one hard rule

No client data. In any partition. Ever.

Client PII, holdings, KYC and per-client status never enter the Brain. Those stay in Zoho, RegTank and Attio — the systems of record. The Brain links to them and points you to the owner, but never copies a single client fact.

The divisions

Six partitions. You see your own, plus common.

What each division holds, and who anchors it. You're granted your desk plus firm-wide common; request another from an admin if your role calls for it.

Common

Firm-wide knowledge everyone needs — org chart, who-covers-what, entities, tools registry, glossary. No client data; human-curated.
